| Statement: |
| My work exists in an imaginary world, but the subject matter originates in reality much of the time. The subject matter can evolve from relationships, events, reading materials, dream information, music, the media, etc. Painting enables me to transport ideas and visions from dreams into an imaginary space. I am also dealing with the interrelationships , contrasts and connections within the materials of the work. These paintings are acrylic on board. The works shown start at 16"X20" (Getting Help"), and the other 2 are larger. | |
